Exor LogoExor - a national register of pre-qualified contractors. Exor assess contractor suitability to a standard acceptable to Leicester City Council, in terms of technical ability, financial standing, health and safety policies and procedures, equal opportunities, environmental management, and insurances and references.

Safe Contractor ApprovedSafe Contractor – is an accreditation scheme that assesses the health and safety competency of contractors and service providers.
 
 
 

REFCOMRefcom - the Refcom Register of Companies Competent to Handle Refrigerants was set up in 1994 in response to atmospheric damage caused by certain refrigerant gases.

HVCAHVCA - represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration products and equipment. Members are subject to regular, third-party inspection and assessment to ensure their technical and commercial competence.

Gas Safe RegisterGas Safe – the Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain. It is the only official register for gas safety in the home or workplace. Anyone carrying out gas work must have a Gas Safe Register ID card.
 

BESCABesca – established by the Heating and Ventilation Contractors' Association to act as an independent assessment and certification body for the building services industry.
